HR & Payroll

Salary slips, advances and deductions that reconcile — without three days of month-end arithmetic.

Payroll goes wrong in small, repeated ways: an advance taken in the middle of the month that nobody logs, a late deduction applied twice, a salary revision that was agreed verbally and never written down. None of it is dramatic. All of it costs trust.

The point of a payroll system is not generating a slip. It is that attendance, advances, deductions and revisions all land in one place, so the slip is a result rather than a reconstruction.

What it fixes

  • Advances given during the month and remembered — or not — at salary time
  • Attendance recounted from scratch every month because payroll and the register do not talk
  • Deductions applied inconsistently across staff, which is where disputes start
  • Salary revisions with no record of when they changed or who approved them
  • No printable, consistent slip, so every query becomes a conversation

What gets built

A starting point, not a fixed list. The build is scoped to your own process before anything is written.

Salary structure

Basic, allowances and deductions defined per employee, with a history so an old slip can still be explained.

Advances

Advance given, recovery schedule, and automatic adjustment against the coming salary rather than a mental note.

Deductions

Late marks, absences, loans and any custom rule you already apply — written down once and applied the same way every month.

Attendance link

Payroll reads the attendance that is already recorded, so the month is not counted twice.

Payslips

Printable or shareable slips with the breakdown visible, which removes most of the questions before they are asked.

Monthly register

A full salary sheet for the month, exportable, so the accountant and the bank both get what they need.

Who this is for

Factories, companies and schools paying anywhere from 20 to several hundred staff, especially where a mix of monthly salary, daily wage and overtime makes a spreadsheet fragile. Also useful where an auditor has started asking for records you cannot produce quickly.

Questions

Does it handle EOBI, PESSI and tax deductions?

The deduction engine is configurable, so statutory deductions can be set up as rules. Exact treatment depends on your province and how your accountant currently applies them, so we confirm the specifics during scoping rather than assuming.

We pay some staff daily and some monthly.

That is common and worth stating up front, because it changes the attendance and calculation model. Mixed payroll is supported but it should be designed in from the start, not added later.

Can it generate a bank transfer file?

Usually yes — most banks accept a defined format for bulk salary transfer. Tell us which bank and we will check their current format before committing to it.

Tell us how your payroll runs.

We scope it first — what it takes, how long, what it costs. No obligation.
