CRM

Leads, follow-ups and a pipeline the whole team can see — so enquiries stop dying in one person's phone.

Most leads are not lost to competitors. They are lost to silence — an enquiry that came in on Friday, got a reply on Monday, and was never followed up again because the salesperson who took it went on leave and nobody else knew it existed.

A CRM earns its place when it answers two questions: what is the status of every live enquiry, and what is due today. Everything else is secondary, and most CRMs fail here by asking for so much data entry that the team quietly stops using it.

What it fixes

  • Leads sitting in personal phones and WhatsApp, invisible to everyone else
  • Follow-ups missed because the reminder lived in someone's memory
  • No way to see which enquiries are close and which are cold without asking each person
  • A salesperson leaving and taking their entire pipeline with them
  • No record of what was quoted to whom, so the next conversation starts from zero

What gets built

A starting point, not a fixed list. The build is scoped to your own process before anything is written.

Lead capture

Enquiries entered once — by phone, from the website, or added by the team — with source recorded so you learn what actually works.

Pipeline stages

Your own stages, not a generic sales funnel, so the board reflects how deals really move in your business.

Follow-up reminders

Next action and date on every lead, with a daily list of what is due, which is the part that actually changes outcomes.

Activity history

Calls, meetings and quotes logged against the lead, so anyone can pick it up without ringing a colleague first.

Assignment

Leads owned by a person, reassignable when someone is away, and visible to the manager throughout.

Reporting

Conversion by stage, by source and by person — the numbers behind who is performing and which channels pay.

Who this is for

Real estate offices, agencies and sales teams of roughly three to fifty people where enquiries arrive faster than they are followed up. Particularly worth it where leads are paid for — property portals, Facebook ads — because an unfollowed lead there has a measurable cost.

Questions

Can leads come in from WhatsApp automatically?

Through the WhatsApp Business API, yes — an enquiry can create a lead without anyone retyping it. That is a separate piece of work with its own cost and approval process, so we scope it as an addition rather than assuming it.

Our team will not do data entry.

That is the most common reason CRMs fail, and it is worth taking seriously. The build should ask for the minimum that makes the pipeline true — usually status and next action — and nothing more.

Can we see it on mobile?

Yes. For a field sales team the mobile view matters more than the desktop one, and it should be designed that way from the start rather than squeezed in afterwards.

Tell us how your sales team runs.

We scope it first — what it takes, how long, what it costs. No obligation.
