An interview — Q3 2026
“I'd rather ship a small thing well than a big thing badly.”
— Hassan Javed, Sr. Full-Stack & Blockchain Engineer
The brief
Senior engineer based in Islamabad, working across React / Next.js, Node.js on AWS, audited Solidity, and AI agents. Available for Q3 2026 engagements.

Q.01
What do you actually do?
I take product ideas and ship them as production software — usually React or Next.js on the front, Node.js on AWS at the back, and audited Solidity when the project needs on-chain rails. Lately a lot of AI agent work too.
Q.02
Who do you work best with?
Founders who have a clear problem and need someone to own delivery. CTOs scaling past their first engineer. Web3 teams that need a contract + frontend + deploy pipeline from one person.
Q.03
What's your one rule?
Ship what was promised, on the timeline that was agreed. Honest milestone estimates with a 1.5× buffer. Reputation built on under-promise, over-deliver — not on hero work that wrecks the next sprint.
Q.04
What are you working on right now?
Claude tool-use agents for ticket triage, a multi-tenant SaaS on Next.js 14, and a launchpad audit for a token going live in Q3. I write about each of these in the blog.
